Meet Our Team

Don’t worry, our team’s not shy. Feel free to stop in and say hi!

Jackie Kelly Page

Practice Administrator

No trip to The Lucas Center is complete without Jackie! The leader of the Lucas squad, Jackie brings over 25 years of medical and surgical healthcare experience to her position. Born and raised in Knoxville, she has devoted her career to making patients feel confident and comfortable, every step of the way.

Wherever Jackie goes, smiles seem to follow. She’s passionate about people she works with and takes her commitment to providing the highest quality care extremely seriously. Jackie aims to be more than just a healthcare professional for patients. From the very first welcome to the final follow up, she wants each and every patient to know that they have a friend and confidant looking out for their best interest.

When she’s not caring for patients, Jackie enjoys spending time at her lake home with her husband, scuba diving, playing the piano, and exercising. She’s also an avid lover of travel and red wine, so feel free to stop in to chat with her about great wine and even better adventures!

Wendy Manning

RMA

A Knoxville native, Wendy has been in the medical field for more than sixteen years. She brings a wide range of experience to The Lucas Center, including extensive time spent working in the orthopedic and primary care fields. In her current position, you’ll find Wendy assisting Dr. Lucas with exams, in-office surgical procedures, and doing “behind-the-scenes” work, such as scheduling surgeries and updating paperwork. If you’re lucky, you may even run into Wendy and her warm smile the next time you’re at our front desk! A jack of all trades, this key member of our team is constantly soaking up new knowledge and picking up new skills.

When she’s not at work, Wendy loves pretty much any outdoor activity. Make sure to keep an eye out for her on your next hike around the Smokies!

Amy Cross

Front Office Coordinator

After working in the healthcare field for more than 20 years, Amy decided to bring her versatile skill set to The Lucas Center, where she can help create long-lasting confidence for patients across Knoxville and beyond.

Though her primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring patients have the appointments and information they need, she’s also a certified Medical Assistant who’s passionate about lending a helping hand before, during, and after surgeries.

In her free time, Amy enjoys horseback riding, deep sea fishing, spending quality time with her two girls, and long weekends at the beach. Whenever the weather’s nice, you can find her soaking up the sun with a smile on her face— and her sunscreen, of course!
