So, you’re considering a cosmetic surgery procedure but you’re not sure yet how to pay for it.
Maybe you’ve done all your research and are even ready to book a date — except for this one key element of planning. Or maybe you’ve only just begun pondering plastic surgery, and financial questions are top of mind.
Let’s look at your financial options as a patient at The Lucas Center…
What are My Payment & Financing Options for Cosmetic Surgery?
As a general rule, cosmetic plastic surgery is considered “elective surgery” and is not covered by most insurance plans.
However, we want to help relieve the cost of surgery by making sure there are no surprises later — plus equip you with the information needed to make the decision that’s best for you. That’s why our team will work with you to understand your payment and financing options during your initial consultation.
Option #1 – Cash, Check, or Credit
If you’re ready to pay for your surgery in full, you can always pay for your procedure at The Lucas Center with cash or check, and we also accept all major credit cards. Payment is due two weeks before your scheduled surgery date.
Option #2 – CareCredit
If paying upfront for your surgery is not a viable option, we get it. Fortunately, the CareCredit credit card makes it easy to fund your procedure without delay.
Financing from CareCredit is available for qualified patients (subject to credit approval) who receive at least $500 in services and is only accepted for procedures performed in the office.
As you continue researching and planning, our team at The Lucas Center is here to help. When you’re ready, you can schedule your initial consultation here or give us a call at (865) 218-6210.
